03Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key.
- You must not share your account with unauthorized parties.
- Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
04Orders & Payments
- All orders are processed automatically once placed and payment is confirmed from your balance.
- Orders cannot be modified after submission.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- All payments added to your balance are final.
- You must provide accurate links and information. Incorrect data may result in failed orders without refund.
- We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
05Refund Policy
- Refunds are available only for orders that have not started processing.
- Partially completed orders may receive partial refunds based on remaining quantity.
- Completed orders are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds for canceled orders are processed automatically to your account balance.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse or fraud.
- Balance refunds (withdrawal to external payment method) are subject to review.
06Service Delivery
- Delivery times vary depending on service type and current demand.
- We do not guarantee exact delivery times or completion rates.
- Drip-feed and subscription orders are processed according to specified intervals.
- We are not responsible for drops in count that may occur naturally on social media platforms.
- Refill-eligible services will be refilled upon request if count drops within the guarantee period.
07Prohibited Activities
- Using our services for any illegal purposes.
- Attempting to exploit, hack, or abuse the platform or API.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or referral programs.
- Reselling services without proper authorization.
- Submitting fraudulent payment information or chargebacks.
- Automated scraping or excessive API requests beyond rate limits.
08Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
09Privacy & Data
- We collect only information necessary to provide our services.
- Your data is not shared with third parties except as required for service delivery.
- Account passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text.
- API keys should be kept confidential — we are not responsible for unauthorized API usage.
10Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Remaining balance in terminated accounts may be forfeited if termination is due to fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
